Currently headquartered in Guatemala, we have expanded Operations to Boise, Idaho.

Lisa Vaz has over 25 years of operational/BPMO experience on both sides of the Telecommunications spectrum as a client and service provider. She brings extensive experience in cable, wireless, and financial industries, working with many of the top BPMO providers across the globe.
